Brownsboro Bearettes

The Brownsboro Bearettes powerlifters won the Bullard Invitational powerlifting meet Saturday.

The Brownsboro Bearettes finished in first place at the Bullard Invitational powerlifting meet Saturday. The Athens Lady Hornets finished sixth in the team standings.

For Brownsboro, they were led by Jenny Burch with a first-place finish in the 97-pound weight class. Genesis Loredo finished second in the 97-pound weight class.

Rachel Green was second in the 114-pound weight class, Kayla Honea was second in the 123-pound weight class and Emily Millender was third in the 123-pound weight class.

Kaylee Burchfield was third in the 165-pound weight class, Amber Jackson was seventh in the 165-pound weight class and Ruby Gutierrez was first in the 181-pound weight class.

Brenda Conde was fourth in the 198-pound weight class and Savanna Wilson was first in the 220-pound weight class.

Athens was led by Nikki Lira with a second-place finish in the 105-pound class with a total lift of 490 pounds. Wendi Pacheco finished fifth in the 132-pound class with a 595 pound total, Stephanie Miranda was eighth in the 148-pound weight class with a total lift of 600 pounds.

Bree Thompson was fifth in the 165-pound weight class with a total weight of 685 pounds. Ana Garcia was seventh in the 181-pound weight class with a total of 605 pounds, Ashlynn Stewart was third in the 198-pound weight class with a total lift of 660 pounds and Ingrid Castaneda was third in the 220-pound weight class with a total lift of 620 pounds.

In the boys division, Athens finished third while Brownsboro was fourth in the team standings.

Athens Omar Hernandez finished second in the 123-pound class with a total lift of 805 pounds. Jose Rodriguez was first in the 132-pound weight class with a total lift of 1,145 pounds, Walt Mahmoud was seventh in the 148-pound class with a total of 850 pounds.

Logan Fuller was third in the 220-pound class with 1,325 pounds, Noah Bush was fifth in the 220-pound division with a total of 1,170 pounds and Barrett Senyckyj was ninth with a total of 1,050 pounds in the 220-pound division.

Grant  Hirsch was 15th in the 220-pound class with a total of 970 pounds, Josiah Jones was 16th with a total of 955 pounds and Shemar Willis was 17th in the 220-pound division with a total of 900 pounds.

Chad Walker was fifth in the 275-pound division with a total of 1,340 pounds. Josh West was third in the super heavyweights with a total of 1,370 pounds.

Brownsboro was led by Carl Lindley with a first place finish in the 114-pound class with a total of 660 pounds, Alberto Alvarado in second in the 148-pound division with a total of 975 pounds and Bryce Stephens in fourth in the 148-pound division with a total of 905 pounds.

Cameron Larson was 10th in the 148-pound division with a total lift of 800 pounds. Bryant King was seventh in the 165-pound division with a total of 930 pounds and Luke Lacroix was 12th in the 165-pound class with a total lift of 895 pounds. Keelan Felts was 17th in the 165-pound class with a total of 715 pounds.

Nate Wright was fifth in the 181-pound weight class with a total of 1,005 pounds, while Nick Wright was fourth in the 220-pound class with a total of 1,190 pounds. Brandon Mcle was 12th in the 275-pound class with a 1,020 pound total.
