Athens — A local 7th & 8th grade travel basketball team called the Athens 'Cuse, is holding a raffle ticket fund raising event. Up for raffle are three sets of four Dallas Mavericks tickets. First game is OKC vs. Dallas, March 17th, second game is Phoenix vs. Dallas April 10th, and the third game New Orleans vs. Dallas April 17th. Three drawings and three winners. All non winning tickets will be eligible for each remaining drawing. Each drawing will be held three days in advance of the games. Tickets are $5.00 each and all proceeds will directly benefit the Athens 'Cuse basketball team. Tickets can be purchased at Service Plus Automotive & Tire, Red Dot Steel Buildings, Athens Screen Printing, Scotts Fast Oil and Lube, and Walker Plumbing Supply.
