Athens — Freshman Avery Weinstein competed in the 4A Swimming and Diving State Championships February 22-23rd in Austin. She competed in the 1m Diving competition. She went into the meet ranked 16th and finished with 14th. She is the first athlete since 2008 to compete at the State Swimming and Diving Championships.
