Wyatt named new co-coordinator for UT-Austin

Athens — Former Cardinal football player (1985-86) and assistant coach (1989-91) Darrell Wyatt has been named co-offensive coordinator at the University of Texas.

He is currently in his second season as wide receivers coach for the Longhorns.

He will team up with Major Applewhite to coordinate the offense.

Applewhite will be the play-caller.
