FRIDAY NIGHT FLASHBACK: Lone Oak drops Kemp, 54-12

LONE OAK — The Kemp Yellowjackets’ struggles continued Friday night with a 54-12 loss to the Lone Oak Buffaloes.

With the loss, the ’Jackets fell to 0-6 on the season and 0-2 in District 7-2A play. Lone Oak, playing its first district game after an open week, improved to 4-1 and 1-0.

Head coach Greg Anderson’s ’Jackets, playing their first year in Class 2A after dropping from 3A, have now lost 17 consecutive football games dating back to the final game of the 2010 season.
