FORT WORTH — The Athens Christian Prep Storm took a tough 46-0 loss to Fort Worth Glenview Friday night.
The loss drops the Storm to 0-2 on the year. Athens is scheduled to travel to Duncanville Christway Friday for a 6 p.m. kickoff.
Storm quarterback Cody Goforth was 6 of 18 for 60 yards. Seth Castillo had two receptions for 18 yards. Isaac Smith led the way on the receiving end with four receptions for 42 yards.
Castillo carried the ball three times for 2 yards. Goforth was sacked five times for -10 yards. He had eight yards rushing.
On the defensive side of the ball, Goforth finished with five tackles, Castillo had three tackles and Smith four. Nathan Miller ended the night with four tackles.
The majority of the scoring for Glenview was in the second quarter. The storm gave up 30 points in the second.
