• Lil’ Scribblers Camp
This program is designed to help children in Pre-K up to 5th Grade obtain fine motor skills and regain the writing skills commonly lost during the summer months.
• Youth Indoor Futsal

Highly anticipated Youth Teams are NOW REGISTERING at the Cain Center for the Fall Session of this indoor soccer craze!
• Youth Football & Cheerleading

Parents of children ages 3-11 who are interested in football and cheerleading are encouraged to come sign up at the Registration Desk located by the pool! Adults who are interested in Coaching or Refereeing can contact Bethany Airhart at the Cain Center.

Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Matt Porter, a 3rd degree black belt, teaches children mixed martial arts in this class for ages 6+.
• Tumbling Classes
Beginners: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:45pm – 7:15pm
Advanced: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:20pm - 8:15pm
This class teaches children coordination, flexibility, balance, special awareness, and the art of acrobatics in a fun and encouraging setting.

• Megalodon Youth Swim Team
Monday-Friday, 5:00pm – 6:30pm
Swimmers Ages 5-17 must be able to swim one length of the pool without assistance to join this competitive team.
• Megalodon Youth Diving Team
Wednesday & Friday, 5:00pm – 6:15pm
Youth Ages 5-17 must be able to jump off the diving board and swim to the side of the pool without assistance to join this competitive team.
• Masters Swimming
Monday-Friday, 5:00am – 7:30am
Coach Willy Robson instructs participants ages 18+ to help reach individual goals in swimming. Refine your stroke, swim for fitness, prepare for competition in Triathlons or Swim Meets in this class designed for serious adult swimmers.
• Water Aerobics with Nell Baker
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 9:00am-10:00am
This class is designed for seniors and helps with range of motion, muscle strength, and friendships!
• H2O Bootcamp
Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30pm-7:15pm
A high intensity, low impact workout sure to get your heart pumping!

Private swim lessons are now available at the Cain Center! Because of the high demand for this offering we have cleared a lane during Swim Team practice to work with kids, ages 3-17, that need one on one instructional time in the pool.

The No. 1-ranked Trinity Valley Community College Lady Cardinals survived a ferocious attack by the Jacksonville Lady Jaguars in the semifinal round of the Region XIV conference tournament with an 84-73 victory at UT-Tyler.
HIGH SCHOOL POWERLIFTING: Record setting lift
Athens lifter Jose Rodriguez and Brownsboro lifter Aaron Chitwood advanced to the Class 3A state meet March 22 in Abilene.
HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL: Athens picks up two wins at Princeton tournament
The Athens Hornets won their first two games in the Princeton tournament on Thursday.
REGION XIV TOURNAMENT: Soaring to the semifinals
The No. 8-ranked Trinity Valley Community College Cardinals advanced to today’s semifinal round with a sweep of the Lee College Runnin’ Rebels at UT-Tyler’s Herrington Patriot Center.
HIGH SCHOOL TRACK: Eustace teams start season strong at Bulldog Relays
The Eustace LadyDogs and Bulldogs finished as the top two teams at the Eustace Bulldog Relays Feb. 27.

Brownsboro’s Ashley Hernandez and Mabank’s Deana Lane qualified for the Class 3A state meet on March 15 with top finishes at the Class 3A, Division II regional championships on Saturday.
HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER: Athens soccer swept by Whitehouse Tuesday night
The Athens Lady Hornets are now 8-8-3 overall and 5-3 in District 31-4A play with a 4-1 win over the Lindale Lady Eagles and a 7-0 loss to Whitehouse.
