ATHENS — The Trinity Valley Community College Cardinals are movin’ on up.

The Cardinals, coming off a 38-20 win over Kilgore last week, moved up to No. 10 in the national NJCAA football poll released earlier this week.

Fellow Southwest Junior College Football Conference foes Navarro are Blinn are ranked 1 and 2, respectively.

The Cardinals are off this week.

Defensive back Josh Reed was named SWJCFC Defensive player of the week after a 13-tackle performance against Kilgore last week.
