CROSS ROADS — The Cross Roads Major Boys Little Dribblers basketball team swept the Continental Division regional tournament last week to advance to the national tournament in Levelland, Texas on April 10th-14th. This is the second straight nationals trip for most of the players. Team members are front row from left Tanner King, Tucker Watson, Jordan Hooten, Orin Henry, Trent Watson. The Brownsboro Bearette Softball Camp is set for June 4-7 at the Brownsboro High School Field on the campus of Brownsboro High School.
Cost is $35 per camper.

Facing elimination on Saturday, the Athens Hornets (19-17) battled hard but came up short in the regional quarterfinals.
The defending state champion Pleasant Grove Hawks swept their second straight series with a 10-0 win on Friday and a 4-1 win on Saturday. -
