Athens — Forney High School senior Jordan Wilson (seated, middle) recently signed a National Letter of Intent to attend college and run track at Texas A&M University. Jordan is the daughter of the former Patrice Kissentaner-Wilson and the late Captain William W. Wilson. She is the granddaughter of Emmaline J. Kissentaner of Athens. Jordan holds the No. 15 spot in the nation in the high school triple jump, and she has been running track for 12 years, starting with the Mesquite Friendship Baptist Church Striders Track Club at the age of six. She also competes in the long jump and the 4X100 and 4X400 relays.
