ATHENS —
Advance tickets are on sale for the Athens Hornets' football playoff game against the Kilgore Bulldogs.
The game is scheduled for Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Whitehouse's Wildcat Stadium. The Hornets (5-5) are the third-place team from District 15-3A and will be the visiting team, while the Bulldogs (8-1) are the second-place team from District 16-3A. The game is a Region II-3A Division I bi-district playoff.
Pre-sale tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students and can be purchased at the Athens High School athletic office until Friday at noon. All tickets at the gate will be $7.
District 15-3A, Texas High School Coaches Association and Senior Citizens passes will be accepted.
