ATHENS —
The Trinity Valley Community College Lady Cardinals dropped a 3-0 loss to the Tyler Junior College Apache Ladies Wednesday at Cardinal Gym.
Tyler (22-3), ranked No. 7 in the nation, won by scores of 25-20; 25-15; and 25-20. With the win, Tyler completed a season sweep of head coach Tosha Spain’s Lady Cardinals.
TVCC fell to 15-9 overall and 2-4 in conference.
The Lady Cards return to action Saturday to face Panola in their home finale. Game time is 2 p.m.
