The Cain Center will be having a Heart N Sole run on February 16th at 9 a.m.
The event benefs the Cain Center Inc., and the American Heart Association.
Registration is $15 per runner.
Runners that register after February 1st will not be guaranteed a shirt.
The Cain Center will serve Hot Cocoa and awards will be given to 1st -3rd place in each age division.

Flame holding tryouts January 13
The Henderson County Flame semi pro football team will host tryouts on January 13 at 3 p.m. at the Cain Park Sports Complex on Robbins Roads.
All participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
The Flame will be a member of the Athens based Texas United Football League.

TVCC ranked No. 3 in the nation
The TVCC Lady Cardinals are now ranked No. 3 in the nation in the latest NJCAA women’s basketball poll.
The Lady Cardinals were ranked No. 5 in the nation last week.
The Blinn Lady Bucaneers — who TVCC faced last night — are ranked No. 12 in the nation.
Blinn was ranked No. 14 in the previous basketball poll.
Hutchinson Community College in Kansas is ranked No. 1 in the poll.
TVCC sets webcast schedule
The Cardinal Sports Network has announced their webcast schedule for the month of January.
The schedule begins with a Wednesday night showdown Jan. 16th against Kilgore.
Other games include TVCC men vs. Panola on Jan. 26 and the TVCC women vs. Paris on Jan. 30.
