Fund established to assist with naming of court

SALINA, Kan. — The City of Salina has announced the court at the Bicentennial Center (site of the NJCAA women’s national tournament) will be named in honor of Kurt Budke, who we lost along with Miranda Serna in a plane crash on Nov. 17.

Salina will be paying tribute to Kurt without using city funds. A fund has been established to defray costs.
