Another tourney title

The Athens Red Sox won first place this past weekend in a T-Ball tournament in Van. They defeated teams from Edgewood, Fruitvale, Van and Chandler to win the tournament. In the title game, the Red Sox were a 23-12 winner over the Chandler Longhorns. It was their second tournament title this year. Team members are: (front row, from left) Connor Echols, Connor Kale, Blaine Gideon, Christian Ryon, Jared Millar; (back row, from left) Dakota McAlister, Grant Echols, Kobe Kale, Cutter Carpenter, Ryan Gideon and Karson Godwin.
