ATHENS- Cheryl Parmele, 63, Athens passed away November 18, 2012 in Athens.
She was born April 23, 1949 in Athens to Jack and Para Oliver Selman. Cheryl had been a resident of Athens for two years. She had resided in Denver, Colorado most of her life as well as Seattle, Washington. She was an avid reader. St. Patricks Day was her favorite holiday.
Survivors include her son Brian Voelker, Littleton, Colorado, mother Para Selman, Athens, sisters Shirley VanZandt and husband Tommy, Spring, Kathleen Selman, Athens, brother Rod Selman and wife Pam, Spring, numerous nieces , nephews and a host of friends.
It was Cheryl’s wishes that her cremains be scattered in Colorado.
