ATHENS-Graveside services for Patsy Upchurch, 71, Athens are scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday in Oaklawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Larry Fondren officiating.
Mrs. Upchurch died Nov. 22, 2012 in Tyler.
She was born Dec. 9, 1940 in Mount Vernon to Wesley and Bessie Mae Barnes. Patsy was a Registered Nurse working for Henderson County Memorial Hospital-O.B. Department 15 years.
She was then a nurse for Dr. Steve Walling numerous years, as well as working with him at Trinity Mother Frances Clinic. She retired in 2000.
Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Jodean Richard Upchurch, her parents and six sisters.
Survivors include son Keith Upchurch, Tyler, daughter Donna Hoover, Tyler, grandchildren Richard Hoover and wife Latisha, Tyler, Wesley Hoover, Athens, great-granddaughter Kayla Hoover, Tyler, sisters-in-law Odessa Reynolds, Athens, Lois Buford, Athens, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be 1 p.m. to service time at Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home.
