Bradley Joe Mitchell

ATHENS — Bradley Joe Mitchell, 17, passed away in Sanger on Nov. 3, 2012.  He was born in Dallas on May 31, 1995 to Leslie Joe and Cindy (Dodson) Mitchell. 

He was a loving son, enjoyed poetry and welding. He was an avid hunter, and a thoughtful friend to everyone.  Bradley was a member of First Baptist Church in Wilmer.

He is survived by his mother Cindy Brummett and her husband Shane of Sanger; father, Joe Mitchell of Athens; sisters, Jennifer Mitchell-Cheshire and her husband Chris, and Blair Mitchell of Ennis, Fancy Brummett and Lacy Brummett of Sanger; brother, Cody Brummett of Sanger; grandparents, Bill and Helen Mitchell of Athens, Bobbie White of Wilmer, Weldon and Donna Pratt of Gainesville, Ed and Suz Brummett of Owassa, Okla.; uncles, Marty White, James Dodson, Jeff White, Mike Mitchell, Billy Mitchell, John Mitchell, Steve Smith, and Scott Pratt; aunt, Kim Wood; two nieces, Raeleigh Mitchell-Cheshire and Brailyn Cheshire.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Dodson and Harold White; and uncle, Tony White.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 at Boze-Mitchel-Mckibbin Funeral Home in Ennis. 

Funeral Service is scheduled at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Chapel in Ennis, with interment to follow at 3 p.m. in Sanger Cemetery, Sanger, Texas. Go north on Fifth Street and East on Willow Street in Sanger.
