Services for Lindol Jo Lunceford, 79, of Athens, Texas, are scheduled for 1:00 pm Monday March 4, 2013 at Eubank Funeral Chapel with Bro. Steve Glosup officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton.
Burial will be in Haven of Memories, Canton, Texas.
She passed away February 28, 2013 in Athens, TX.
Mrs. Lunceford was born July 27, 1933 in Shamrock, OK, to Jodie Woodro and Georgia Hamilton McAlister.
Lindol Jo was married to James R. Lunceford for 48 years. She was a great mother, wife, sister and daughter. Her home and family meant the world to her. She was a tremendous seamstress.
Surviving are Daughter, Marjorie & Tommy Mixon of Emory, TX, Daughter, Jodie & James Adams of Athens, TX, Sister, Paula Rowan of Fierson, LA, 7 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, Other Relatives & Friends.
Pallbearers are Eric Howell, Wendall McKenzie, Scott Adams, James Todd Adams, Waylon Mixon Family will receive friends Monday 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
