MABANK - For those who are still looking for that perfect Christmas gift, or for those who just enjoy a great shopping experience, the “Get Your Jingle On” Holiday Craft and Gift Fair is the ideal place to shop. More than 60 vendors will be on hand Saturday, Dec. 8 at Mabank Intermediate School for the fifth year of the annual event.
In addition to a great shopping opportunity and in keeping with the holiday spirit, the Mabank Intermediate School staff will be collecting unwrapped gift items for Ronald McDonald House. Gifts for infants through adult are needed. Gift items will be dropped off at the Ronald McDonald House in Dallas on Dec. 19. Visitors and vendors are encouraged to bring unwrapped gift donations.
The school, located at the corner of Hwys. 198 and 175, will feature a variety of vendors with a wide array of merchandise.
The gift and craft fair takes place Saturday, Dec. 8, from 9 am to 2 pm. Hundreds of gift items, decorations, handmade trinkets, antiquities, artwork and novelty pieces will be on display during the five-hour event.
The public is invited to participate in and attend this indoor holiday craft fair and shopping experience. Sharon’s Pie Shack will be the vendor for concessions this year. Her business features homemade fried pies, hamburger/cheeseburger baskets, loaded stuffed baked potato with brisket, loaded fries, nachos, jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks, sausage on a stick, chicken strip baskets and a variety of cold drinks.
