MALAKOFF — The Malakoff Education Foundation is asking everyone in the community and surrounding areas to come participate and show your support in raising $6,000 for our schools!

Brinson Ford is hosting an event May 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A total of $20 will be donated for each person (one per household) that takes a test drive in a vehicle.

If the foundation can get over 300 participants, Brinson Ford will donate $6,000 to the Malakoff Education Foundation.

There will be live music, entertainment, face painting, free food and giveaways, games and raffles for various prizes going on throughout the day.

They will also have entertainment from student choirs,  free popcorn from the MES-PTO,  various booths, games for prizes and viewing of TASB video, the FFA Show Team and officers, FCCLA organization.

Malakoff High School cheerleaders and the entire Tool campus will  be performing the CHA-CHA Slide.

The Malakoff Education Foundation is excited about this event, and wants you to be a part of achieving this goal of raising the $6,000 to help fund grants for classrooms.

This day is a fun-filled day all about Malakoff Independent School District, and not about selling cars. So come and show your support for this great event.
