HCSD arrests LaRue man a second time
The Henderson County Sheriff’s Department served a child pornography arrest warrant Wednesday on a LaRue man who had been released on bond earlier this month.
Brandon Carl Broaddrick, 25, was booked into the Henderson County Jail on March 25, with bond set at $100,000 for possession or promotion of child pornography.
He was also held on a $50,000 affidavit to surrender bond for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
The child pornography warrant was issued in Freestone County. HCSD Investigators Bryan Tower and Wick Gabbard found Broaddrick at a residence off County Road 3410 near Brownsboro.
Broaddrick was arrested Feb. 13, in connection with an alleged aggravated sexual assault of a 14-year-old in the LaRue area.
According to HCSD reports, Deputy Billy Jack Valentine and Texas Ranger Trace McDonald served a warrant on Broaddrick at a residence in Flint in February.
He was booked into the Henderson County Jail — a bond was set at $50,000.
Broaddrick posted bond March 15, and was released.
