Thunder Over Cedar Creek Lake is a spectacular air show with aerial acrobatics, and an up-close experience with the power of a jet fighter. Thunder Over Cedar Creek Lake is the only air show held over water in the southwest.
Gayle Robinson, co-president of the event, said CCVF has been established to raise money to assist with the physical and emotional recovery and rehabilitation of wounded, injured and disabled military personnel and veterans, with a focus on those individuals residing in and serving the Northeast Texas Region.
The show can be seen from the shore line at the Pinnacle Club, or from a boat in the water. VIP seating at the Pinnacle Club is limited, and the cost is $50. Contact Robinson at 903-451-5054 for information on tickets.
If you are interested in meeting the pilots before the airshow, there is an opportunity to attend a Pilot's Party. Tickets are available for $20. Contact Robinson or Evans for information on the Pilot's party.
