HCSD arrests burglary suspects

Henderson County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested two burglary suspects on Sunday.
Dispatch received a call reporting a break-in at a residence on Lake Front Road in Mabank.
James Allen Harrington, 28, was booked into the Henderson County Jail, charged with of burglary of a building and driving without a license. Thomas Paul Harrington, 23, was charged for not wearing a safety belt.
Sheriff Ray Nutt said more arrests could come pending further investigation.
Deputy Josh Rickman went to the residence and talked to a witness who gave a detailed description of the suspects and the vehicle they were in.
Rickman located the vehicle a short time later traveling north on State Highway 198, toward Payne Springs, Sheriff’s Department reports stated. Rickman conducted a traffic stop. A search of the vehicle revealed property that had been reported taken in the burglary.
The Payne Springs Police Department assisted in the arrest.
