A 26-year-old man was arrested Friday in connection with an alleged aggravated sexual assault of a 14-year-old in the LaRue area.
Brandon Carl Broaddrick remained in the Henderson County Jail Monday, with bond set at $50,000 on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Friday, Deputy Billy Jack Valentine and Texas Ranger Trace McDonald traveled to Flint where they located Broaddrick and placed him under arrest. The suspect was transported to jail and booked in.
Tower was issued an evidentiary search warrant for Broaddrick’s cell phone and DNA. Tower and District Attorney’s Investigator Baldemar Quintanilla executed the search at the Henderson County Justice Center.
