WASHINGTON DC —

Spending for promoting the Affordable Care Act will vary dramatically across the country, an Associated Press analysis finds. States that have embraced the health care law have sought and received far more money on a per capita basis than states that have been more reluctant or even hostile to its implementation. The result? How much people hear about the health care overhaul will depend in large part on where they live. To see which local health centers have received federal outreach grants, go to the following link: http://www.hrsa.gov/about/news/2013tables/outreachandenrollment
