Burl Sanders (Bob Schoonover) and wife Vera (Maria Ogburn), shown here at a recent rehearsal, are back with the rest of the Sanders Family Singers as Sanders Family Christmas opens at the Henderson County Performing Arts Center on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m. Additional shows are scheduled for Feb. 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16 at 7:30 p.m., with a matinee on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 2 p.m. Join the family as they perform good old Southern Gospel music, and revered Christmas carols at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. Tickets are $17 for adults and $12 for students and children. Reservations may be made by calling 903-675-3908, or online at www.hcpac.org. Sanders Family Christmas is family-friendly, and kicks off the HCPAC 2013 season.
