The new Brookshires in Mabank held their grand opening and ribbon cutting on Wednesday. Helping Brookshires celebrate their opening were members of the Chamber and dignitaries from Kaufman and Henderson County. Cutting the ribbon were Store Manager Scott Andrews, Owner Brad Brookshires and CEO Rick Rayford.
