Wednesday, at Henderson County HELP Center, representatives from SouthWest Water and the Henderson County HELP Center gathered food donated from sponsor Monarch Utilities ILP, a division of SouthWest Water, to load boxes of Thanksgiving food that will be taken to three distribution sites, including the Family Resource Center in Gun Barrel City, the Henderson County HELP Center and the city hall at Coffee City. The event, known as Project Wishbone, will feed 260 families at a total cost to SouthWest Water of $3,500.
