Athens Lawyer and Former 14-year State Rep. Fred Head was recognized at the State Bar of Texas Convention in Dallas on Friday, June 21 as having served as a Texas Lawyer for 50 years. Fred Head is shown with his wife Marsha, who is the Henderson County Democratic Chairperson and the new State Bar President Lisa Tatum of San Antonio as they visit following the 50-Year Lawyer Recognition Luncheon and the Induction of new President Tatum. Fred Head maintains a very active law practice from his 106 S. Prairieville St. address in Downtown Athens.
