If anyone knows water therapy is good for your bones, joints and mental health, it' s YMCA water aerobics teacher Nell Baker. She has been teaching the class for over 20 years. Her recent class is shown above. They are Betty Griesing, Nell Baker, Linda Sides, Wayne Cooper, Patsy Welborn and Zita Brooks. Class meets at Cain Center every Monday Wednesday and Friday at 9 a.m. Cost is $50 per month, and members of the Cain Center are charged $45.Come join us for some easy exercise and fun.
