You’d expect dishes like stuffed pork tenderloin or sliders to be cooked on a Big Green Egg. But French toast? Cinnamon rolls? Those are just a few of the surprising (and tasty!) dishes that will be cooked and served at the 2012 Athens EggFest. Leroy McMillin of Spring, who goes by the name Spring Chicken, and his wife Judy (Spring Hen) will be two of the cooks.
