A construction site at 3601 State Highway 31 in Athens on Thursday shows workers Jose Froire, Foreman Jessie Trevino, Juan Bautista and Francisco Ibarra. General Contractor Purselley Construction is assembling the 9,900 square-foot office building for Jerry Vaught State Farm Insurance Co., owner of the facility. Dee Purselley, owner of Purselley Construction, said the first offices are scheduled to be ready for move-in by November of this year.
